At the Australian Reptile Park, our aim is to make education fun and interactive for all students who visit.
The Australian Reptile Park is Australia’s original hands-on zoo. Home to over 2,000 animals and located in a natural bush setting on the scenic Central Coast of New South Wales.
Cuddle up to koalas, kangaroos, quokkas and dingoes or test your bravery and hold a massive python!
For on-site excursions to the Australian Reptile Park, we offer curriculum-based School Shows, tailored for students from Early Stage 1 through to Stage 3.
A primary school excursion to the Australian Reptile Park will assist students in learning key concepts for the ‘Living World’ component of the Science & Technology K-6 Syllabus.
Each show is highly engaging for students with hands-on animal interaction to complement key learning outcomes and teachers to a Stage-specific digital toolkit for in-class learning.
The Australian Reptile Park can bring our interactive and fun education program to your school to give your students a better understanding and appreciation of the diversity and importance of the world’s creatures and the vital role they play in the well-being of the planet.
With our new offering for School Incursions, students will get even MORE hands-on interaction with animals with a 30-minute presentation and a 30-minute animal interaction session.
